Effective communication is key to healthy and connected teacher-student relation
Monotonous approach - The style and efficiency of a teacher decides if the teaching session is going to be interesting, interactive or dull. It is seen that students in dull or monotonous sessions don't pay much attention and mostly ignore what is taught in class. In short, the teacher fails to reach student's mind.
This ancient practice is now well accepted in society and the education world where concentration, focus, and performance are the main yardsticks of student development.
Meditation is an ancient practice of discourse for improving physical, mental, and emotional state by acting as an awareness energizer which brings peace, tolerance, and solidarity.
Teaching challenges
The job of the teaching profession is really exhausting and requires lots of patience as a teacher has to face unending queries from his or her students and at the same time manage them with the appropriate solution. The student who seeks a solution to the problem is always faced with focus and concentration issues, especially during the boring or non-interactive classroom session.
Such a scenario is not new to the school and every second school is trying to overcome this kind of problem which may directly affect the overall performance of students and the school as a whole. The solution to such issues is the inclusion of a meditation session in regular classroom sessions.
Ancient education of Bharat stood on high ethics of flourishing and enriching guru sishya based gurukul system where Guru (teacher or Principal) stood for top moral and values and sishya (Students) or disciples follow those values in high respect and solidarity.
The Education of Bharat was seen in such high esteem that students from all corners of the world were aspiring to come here for knowledge and values.
What went wrong in Bharat ?
With the gradual invasion of Arabs, Turks and British Bharat began to see various changes in social, political, religious, cultural spectrum and education once-flourishing was under gradual changes and pressures.
The changed model of education especially of Macaulay education had changed the fundamentals of ancient education. The anglicized sort of education had apparently some advantage but completely lacked on the ethical front.
What today we see of ethical issues is probably the side effects of latest education model implemented in India.

Sanatan Dharma is the oldest religion mankind had ever realized or experienced before. Sanatana Dharma can be seen with the evolution of nature, animals, and mankind. It simply exists as earth, nature, and mankind so.
This dharma is not the brainchild or initiation of any guru or is primarily based totally on any prophecy. One can get authentic information about Dharma from the holy scriptures of Vedas, Upnishads, and Mahakavya.
Hinduism is a relatively Modern-day shape, and geographical identity, resultant of defense against forceful conversion, torture, slavery, attack, and genocide of the people of this country, and partial knowledge of Sanatana dharma.
Sanatan Dharma in Modern time
In contrast to modern order and man-made faith which are primarily based totally on prophecy, secret knowledge, self-made unscientific rules, and supernatural experiences, etc. Sanatan Dharma is access to the spiritual (Not Physical) area of every person in his or her life and beyond. Where present-day religion works at the bodily symbol, works, and attribution Dharma considers the soul as its subject and exploration in this arena.
Here the writer describes the do’s and don’ts while performing the Vedic puja and its importance
Preparing for Vedic Puja
Devotees must prepare themselves before puja begins. A clean body and a calm mind are prerequisites for sitting in the puja. it’s good to calm your mind by practicing meditation and pranayama (before starting puja) and prepare your mind for puja as a way to meditate. A sensible vegan diet is recommended not to force the stomach to digest heavy food when getting ready for puja. Only a healthy body can have a healthy mind. Fasting is a good way to start puja, but it’s not mandatory.
