Since ancient times, seekers realized beings, and gurus have discovered a variety of techniques, methods, and processes to achieve moksha, nirvana, or Mukti. Everyone's ultimate purpose is to submit to and be absolved by Param Satya or Parambrahma, or supreme consciousness.
There is one element that all of this work has in common. Regardless of how they meditate, they all do so. The English word "meditation" is insufficient or inadequate to define or comprehend "dhyana."
We swap the two for the aim of popularising the term meditation and gaining wider acceptance, but we remind the readers that "Dhyana" is something larger than what we experience.
Dhyana is practiced by rishis, saints, yogis, realized beings, seekers, and followers on various levels. Dhyana is effective and commonly practised at the level of sound.
Om, Aum, or Ohm, you spell at whatever way This universal sound plays the most important role for everybody wishing to begin dhyana or meditation, regardless of what we practice as religion.
Ohm has three syllables and is the primordial, universal, and sacred sound. The first is aaaaa but not A, followed by ooooo but not O, and mmmmmm but not m. These are generated sounds.
These sounds are made without the use of a tongue, and all of the sounds we hear in the form of language are permutations and combinations of these three syllables and tongue-twisting. Please see the youtube video for additional details on universal sound om.
The seekers are also encouraged to listen to the tune of om at only
Readers are suggested to follow the methods, techniques, and processes adopted by Buddhist monks and Shaolin masters in various Buddhist monasteries. The video about them

गौतम बुद्ध ने विपस्सना ध्यान का ही प्रयोग क्यो किया जब कुण्डलिनी प्रचलन मे था Buddha and meditation Why did Buddha start Vipassana meditation in place of Kundalini meditation, which is an ancient one?
Long back I have written an article named " I see Shiva in Buddha" and the same was much appreciated and now I wish to extend that article in the context of spirituality, supreme consciousness, and libration.
The part of the articles which now witness some changes is provided below
While wandering around the shopping complex with my six years old son I come across the calm face of the Buddha statue at one novelty shop and at that moment I couldn't stop myself from staring at the face of Buddha as if my consciousness is feeling God Shiva.
Being (father-son duo) ardent devotees of God Shiva My son asked me if Buddha is Shiva. My consciousness has realized that Buddha is the modern-day face of one dimension of God Shiva.
What I want to change in my article and also my view
Shiva or Param Brahma is supreme consciousness and every devotee or yogi aspire or make efforts to come closer to realizing Param Brahma. The efforts of realization can go on with several births and deaths until liberation is met.
Guatama Buddha was or is a realized being. He received enlightenment under supreme consciousness and he too realized Gyan which he promoted worldwide and his disciples extended it to the farthest of the world. The people bow down before his enlightenment and accepted and adopted his principles.
The countless living being before buddha and after buddha got the same level of enlightenment and experiences whether they remained silent or hidden or open but certainly many had realization or in other words enlightenment. Don't expect me to write the name of any prophets or messenger or angels or gurus to be included in the list of enlightened beings. Because I am no authority nor do I wish to be.
Do Enlightened being required anyone's writing or recognition to called enlightened one. Certainly not Once you become a free soul who cares about the world regime/game religion politics etc.
So I would like to say that yes Guatama "Buddha" was truly embraced and enlightened with the grace of Shiva, the supreme consciousness. Comparing it ( as I have done before) is not needed as one can understand that supreme consciousness is incomparable. This is the main purpose of rewriting this article.
2500 years ago Lord Buddha enlightened society with spiritual consciousness. God Shiva or as we call Adi Yogi is as old as humanity or perhaps the universe. It is said the First Yogi Shiva incarnated 40-50 thousand years back. Even after a huge timeline gap, the two embody the same composition of spiritualism and enlightenment in one or another way.
In this part, I want to put some changes as under
I empathically state that Shiva is a principle and not any man or being. Shiva should be considered limitless and timeless. He is Mahakaal hence beyond the realm of the timeline. And also understand he is beyond the law of karma or his Prakriti (nature). So again I state that countless people got realized in the timeline of 50000 years to 2500 years and they all received the same level of consciousness and enlightenment and Gyan. Starting from Adiyogi to many countless atmans (souls) realized the enlightenment but certainly not to put shiva in the timeline.
God Shiva is the apex source of all spiritualism which a devotee can achieve in many ways. The great Buddha is the Timeline dimension of God Shiva and he successfully enlightened the path of consciousness (One of the paths laid down by God Shiva) to mankind with definite ways and steps.
In this part, I want to put some changes as under
While we see the different postures of God Shiva in various sources namely yoga mudra, nritya mudra, Gyan mudra, social posture as family head, tandav mudra, and many other postures of God Shiva. But the face that is there in every mudra is calmness and serene spirituality. Buddha is similar to Gyan mudra with a calm face. Guatam Budhha is calm and gyan mudra of God Shiva. Every mudra has its own importance and 2500 years ago Gyan mudra was used to enlighten society with spiritual bliss.
I would like to add in this para
Different postures of God Shiv are symbolic and I consider mudra as a powerful tool to yoga sadhana. Every human being since time immemorial had used or chosen at least one of the mudura to attain enlightenment. Supreme Consciousness has opened up various ways , various tools, and different opportunities for everyone to adopt and initiate. I have rightly said earlier in my article that Buddha used Gyan mudra to enlighten society. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu used bhakti (devotion) as a way and songs as a tool to attain enlightenment.
Each Mudra of God Shiva has its unique meaning and significance and at different times and ages, different dimensions of God Shiva incarnate to enlighten the society. Buddha was rightfully blessed with spiritual consciousness in Gyan mudra. Like me, many of us have realized over a period of time that Shiva is Buddha and Buddha is Shiva.
I would like to add in this para

Charan Sparsh or touching feet is one of the oldest practices mankind has ever learned before. It is said to be the culture of the Vedic era as evident from the above-mentioned mantras present in holy Vedas (Rigveda and Atharva Veda). It is well written in Atharva Veda, Rigveda, and Manusmriti.
It has been clearly mentioned several times in Ramayana, Mahabharata, and the holiest word of God- Bhagwat Geeta. In the Atharva Veda, great importance has been given to the way a person greets others when meeting them, and namaskar and charan sparsh are two main greetings postures used from the oldest time.
The greetings though oldest are practiced in almost every corner of India and many neighboring countries where Hinduism or Buddhism or Sikhism or Jainism are practiced. It is more of a social custom and symbol of respect in society. People in the course have almost forgotten the main significance of performing charan sparsh.
It is true that this custom shows the highest level of respect and affection between the two and is regarded as the main social discipline. What is written in Veda has spiritual significance but also scientifically proven importance. It's a mechanism where elders pass on positive energy. The level and type of energy are different in different situations. In the next couple of paragraphs, we will know where it is effective and useful for recipients to perform charan sparsh and what to be careful of!
The Vedic scripture, Manu Smriti, and holy Gita have mentioned several times the use and way of performing touching feet. Firstly the person who touches the feet of elders must do so in high respect and devotion by using both his or her hands to touch the feet of the elder person. The elders who offer such blessings put their hand in the prostrating person and say blessed words to him or her in a caring and affectionate manner. It may be performed in the first meeting of the day or any time of the day.
It is mentioned in Vedas that Firstly the person must seek the blessing of Mother and father and touching their feet every morning is not only good for him but his entire family. The moment children touch their parents' feet Home is filled with positive vibration and energy. In the text of Manusmriti, it is mentioned that the problems faced by parents during childbirth and upbringing can't be repaid by their children in their whole life.
Guru is one who guides you to sail in the sea of life. Parents, teachers, or any other relative or friend or saint can be gurus to a person. Touching the feet of a guru means embracing one own life. It intensifies the flow of good vibrations and energy between the two. And prostrating person receive invisible Armour to defend him from bad energy and make way for prosperity.
It is customary in India that during cremation aggrieved family and friends touch the feet of the dead person to present last time respect and homage to the departed soul. The departed soul in return sends peace and harmony to family and relatives. Even in cremation a good vibration is produced and benefits all.
Charan Sparsh is an invisible bridge between god and its devotees. Touching the feet of God Shiva Murty is like reaching him directly. It yields trust, faith, and strength. However, there is some exception to this custom. In Vedas women and girls are regarded as Devi "Shakti Rupa" and considered superior to the masculine gender. The feminine gender is a continuous source of vibration and energy and in general not required to touch the feet of an elderly man on social occasions except their own parents and in-laws.
On other occasions, if the two feel that they are not getting good vibrations from each other then they should avoid doing this energy transfer custom.
