Shakti Ohm and science of chakras for self-development as a spiritual seeker
Since ancient times, seekers realized beings, and gurus have discovered a variety of techniques, methods, and processes to achieve moksha, nirvana, or Mukti. Everyone's ultimate purpose is to submit to and be absolved by Param Satya or Parambrahma, or supreme consciousness.
There is one element that all of this work has in common. Regardless of how they meditate, they all do so. The English word "meditation" is insufficient or inadequate to define or comprehend "dhyana."
We swap the two for the aim of popularising the term meditation and gaining wider acceptance, but we remind the readers that "Dhyana" is something larger than what we experience.
Dhyana is practiced by rishis, saints, yogis, realized beings, seekers, and followers on various levels. Dhyana is effective and commonly practised at the level of sound.
Om, Aum, or Ohm, you spell at whatever way This universal sound plays the most important role for everybody wishing to begin dhyana or meditation, regardless of what we practice as religion.
Ohm has three syllables and is the primordial, universal, and sacred sound. The first is aaaaa but not A, followed by ooooo but not O, and mmmmmm but not m. These are generated sounds.
These sounds are made without the use of a tongue, and all of the sounds we hear in the form of language are permutations and combinations of these three syllables and tongue-twisting. Please see the youtube video for additional details on universal sound om.
The seekers are also encouraged to listen to the tune of om at only
Suggestion
Readers are suggested to follow the methods, techniques, and processes adopted by Buddhist monks and Shaolin masters in various Buddhist monasteries. The video about them
गौतम बुद्ध ने विपस्सना ध्यान का ही प्रयोग क्यो किया जब कुण्डलिनी प्रचलन मे था Buddha and meditation
Why did Buddha start Vipassana meditation in place of Kundalini meditation, which is an ancient one?
The purpose of making the second video is to establish my clear view on shivatva and reply to those who commented otherwise without knowing the facts.
The video hence covers the thought about shivatva and my standing on it.
I am pretty clear about what I am saying.
The is the second part to my previous video made on the following subject:
Who is Shiva or Shivatva ?
The link to the first video is
This video tells the contradictory views expressed by Sri Sadhguru and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on God Shiva.
Whereas Sadhguru refers to Adiyogi as Shiva who came to this world 15000 years ago.
And Sri Sri expresses that Shiva is not a person or time-specific but present everywhere.
These two views give enough confusion in the mind of Shiva bhakta or followers of Sanatan Dharma.
In this video, I try to connect the common point which joins both the statements or views.
I shall be happy to hear if viewers have a different view of this.
Long back I have written an article named " I see Shiva in Buddha" and the same was much appreciated and now I wish to extend that article in the context of spirituality, supreme consciousness, and libration.
The article earlier published
The part of the articles which now witness some changes is provided below
God Shiva and Gautama Buddha are the ones with different timelines.
While wandering around the shopping complex with my six years old son I come across the calm face of the Buddha statue at one novelty shop and at that moment I couldn't stop myself from staring at the face of Buddha as if my consciousness is feeling God Shiva.
Being (father-son duo) ardent devotees of God Shiva My son asked me if Buddha is Shiva. My consciousness has realized that Buddha is the modern-day face of one dimension of God Shiva.
What I want to change in my article and also my view
Shiva or Param Brahma is supreme consciousness and every devotee or yogi aspire or make efforts to come closer to realizing Param Brahma. The efforts of realization can go on with several births and deaths until liberation is met.
Guatama Buddha was or is a realized being. He received enlightenment under supreme consciousness and he too realized Gyan which he promoted worldwide and his disciples extended it to the farthest of the world. The people bow down before his enlightenment and accepted and adopted his principles.
The countless living being before buddha and after buddha got the same level of enlightenment and experiences whether they remained silent or hidden or open but certainly many had realization or in other words enlightenment. Don't expect me to write the name of any prophets or messenger or angels or gurus to be included in the list of enlightened beings. Because I am no authority nor do I wish to be.
Do Enlightened being required anyone's writing or recognition to called enlightened one. Certainly not Once you become a free soul who cares about the world regime/game religion politics etc.
So I would like to say that yes Guatama "Buddha" was truly embraced and enlightened with the grace of Shiva, the supreme consciousness. Comparing it ( as I have done before) is not needed as one can understand that supreme consciousness is incomparable. This is the main purpose of rewriting this article.
Different TimeLine but One Consciousness
2500 years ago Lord Buddha enlightened society with spiritual consciousness. God Shiva or as we call Adi Yogi is as old as humanity or perhaps the universe. It is said the First Yogi Shiva incarnated 40-50 thousand years back. Even after a huge timeline gap, the two embody the same composition of spiritualism and enlightenment in one or another way.
I empathically state that Shiva is a principle and not any man or being. Shiva should be considered limitless and timeless. He is Mahakaal hence beyond the realm of the timeline. And also understand he is beyond the law of karma or his Prakriti (nature). So again I state that countless people got realized in the timeline of 50000 years to 2500 years and they all received the same level of consciousness and enlightenment and Gyan. Starting from Adiyogi to many countless atmans (souls) realized the enlightenment but certainly not to put shiva in the timeline.
Source of Spiritualism
God Shiva is the apex source of all spiritualism which a devotee can achieve in many ways. The great Buddha is the Timeline dimension of God Shiva and he successfully enlightened the path of consciousness (One of the paths laid down by God Shiva) to mankind with definite ways and steps.
In this part, I want to put some changes as under
True, God Shiv is the apex source of all consciousness, enlightenment, and spiritual attainment. And Supreme consciousness opens up various ways for human beings to get evolved and realized with one. Lord Buddha in his realization chose one way, one method to attain moksha and he managed to present it to society for the greater cause.
Calm and serene spirituality of God Shiva and Lord Buddha
While we see the different postures of God Shiva in various sources namely yoga mudra, nritya mudra, Gyan mudra, social posture as family head, tandav mudra, and many other postures of God Shiva. But the face that is there in every mudra is calmness and serene spirituality. Buddha is similar to Gyan mudra with a calm face. Guatam Budhha is calm and gyan mudra of God Shiva. Every mudra has its own importance and 2500 years ago Gyan mudra was used to enlighten society with spiritual bliss.
I would like to add in this para
Different postures of God Shiv are symbolic and I consider mudra as a powerful tool to yoga sadhana. Every human being since time immemorial had used or chosen at least one of the mudura to attain enlightenment. Supreme Consciousness has opened up various ways , various tools, and different opportunities for everyone to adopt and initiate. I have rightly said earlier in my article that Buddha used Gyan mudra to enlighten society. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu used bhakti (devotion) as a way and songs as a tool to attain enlightenment.
The Universal truth - Shiva is Buddha and Buddha is Shiva
Each Mudra of God Shiva has its unique meaning and significance and at different times and ages, different dimensions of God Shiva incarnate to enlighten the society. Buddha was rightfully blessed with spiritual consciousness in Gyan mudra. Like me, many of us have realized over a period of time that Shiva is Buddha and Buddha is Shiva.
I would like to add in this para
The Universal truth is one " Buddha is Shiva and every enlightened being is shiva" The statement is beyond the realm of comparison.
Kundalini shakti or
Kundalini energy has been a subject of great interest especially after
a writer named Gopi Krishan (Yogi) discovered it and published it in his book
titled Kundalini: The Evolutionary Energy in
Man.
For thousands of years,
the saints, rishis, and Yogis of Sanatana dharma are practicing this as their
very part of life.
The saints and yogis have adopted it in their sadhana.
In times many associate
this shakti with supernatural power or outer world power. The understanding of
this shakti isn’t clear for general practitioners, yogis, and people with
western templates.
About the video
The first video attached with this article brings out the authentic info and knowledge of Kundalini shakti, Seven chakras, and thus the impact of shakti ohm on unleashing human power.
Whereas people undertake kundalini awakening initiation to unleash maximum power and intellect as and in the human body. Shakti Ohm initiation does the same without any risk. It’s all about rising intellect improving fitness and upgrading mental skills by adopting pranayama with shakti ohm.
Perspectives
The next understanding is to see or experience various perspectives of the seven chakras. Ranging from the research of theendocrine glandssystem as seven chakras, five koshas in yogic science, and three to 7 layers of bodies in various readings. The attached Video explains the same.
Different perspectives of Ohm
Before initiation for Kundalini it is required to know or in other words, experience Ohm ॐ Aum (Ohm) as the sound of the universe as a rhythm of nature and as a tool for meditation. The Ohm has more than one experience
Meditation is used for complete rejuvenation of the Physical, subtle, and causal body. The vibration of divine ohm features a deep positive effect on the body, mind, and soul. a requirement for each seeker (Meditation Practitioner).
The video attached below shows you the Ohm as a whole
Tribandha pranayam, moola bandha, and Ashwini mudra
Introduction ( pranayam)
The seekers who wish to initiate kundalini or at least wish to know of chakras try to master the practice of pranayama which we call in English as breathing to control and maintain life energy.
One such pranayama is Tribandh
Tribandha Pranayama has been in practice since the outing of mind. Most of the yogic books describe the importance of Tribandh pranayam. However, in modern days the practice of Tribandh pranayam has been lowered down.
People have started their own way of yoga.Yoga is believed to be an exercise involving twisting and turning of the body especially in the western world.
What yogic science says
The Patanjali yoga sutras, Sushruta Samhita, and other notable yoga books have emphatically described that Yoga stands for the union of physical body, subtle body, and causal body with greater cosmic energy referred to as Param Brahm.
In the attached video Tribandh Pranayam, Moola bandha, Ashwini mudra, and different mudra poses are described alongside basic pranayamas like Anulom-Vilom (Alternate nostril breathing), Vastrika (Deep Breathing), Kapalbhati (Shining skull breathing), and Ohm.
The aim of this video is to make the audience aware of basic preparation before practicing Shakti Ohm.
The practical way to initiate pranayama
Tribandh pranayam: The attached Video below provides excellent information about the variability of pranayam including Tribandh pranayam and holds demonstrations of varied asana, mudra, and pranayama.
Pranayam Basic
The Video covers the demonstration of kapalbhati kriya (shining skull breathing), bhastrika pranayama ( Deep Breathing ), Nadi Shodhan ( Alternate Nostril Breathing ) resulting in purification of all energy channels, and at the last tribandh pranayam ( Three locks of the body).
The video covers extensive details of Ashwini mudra or kriya ( Sometimes called kegel exercise ), Moolbandh or bottom/anus lock, abdominal lock or Uddiyana bandha, and throat lock or Jalandhar bandh.
The editor has clearly explained the advantages of every of the pranayama with live demonstrations. He has cautioned and clearly mentioned that practicing tribandh may be a matter of fitness and mental alertness.

2. Anus and entire pelvic floor muscle conjoined with genitals or female organ lock and release which we call Ashwini mudra and anus closed along with the pelvic floor muscle and reproductive organs for some time called moola bandha also require rigorous training and practice.
4. The inhale breathing which is performed as slow, deep, and long breathing also requires some training and fully functional lungs to perform such inhalation.
5. First understanding of Ohm as A… U… M…. and secondly experiencing it is challenging for seekers. Chanting Ohm at different lengths for different chakras is a matter of deep practice and concentration.
6. It is advised to viewers to contact Grandmaster /Saraswati World Foundation for participating in proper training cum initiation.
9. The goal of shakti ohm is to bring pure bliss and joy which we read in Vedas as Satchidananda ( Vedic Sanskrit word combination of sat (truth) Chith (expression of knowledge) and Ananda ( Pure Bliss).

For the past many centuries, Bharat as a nation has been the place of great sages, saints, scholars, Yogi, gurus, humans, and artists. The Land of Great Vedas, Upanishads, and Srimadbhagwad Gita for everyone regardless of color, creed, nationality, and superiority.
Once this nation was a pioneer in the area of spiritual practices, science, education, art, social organization, and administration, and the most developed civilized human society that instituted marriage as a pillar of civilized society.
This land of sages and saints has produced many spiritual masters and seekers who reformed the society like no other.
Lord Buddha, Lord Mahavir, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, Nanak Dev, Sai baba, Maharishi Dayananda Saraswati, and many more have time to time enlightened society from their spiritual awakening.
This culture of Sanatana dharma keeps clocking even after the passing of centuries and Mother Bharat continues to be happy with her sons as spiritual masters, sages, saints, and truth seekers to enlighten society.
This ancient practice is now well accepted in society and the education world where concentration, focus, and performance are the main yardsticks of student development.
Meditation is an ancient practice of discourse for improving physical, mental, and emotional state by acting as an awareness energizer which brings peace, tolerance, and solidarity.
Teaching challenges
The job of the teaching profession is really exhausting and requires lots of patience as a teacher has to face unending queries from his or her students and at the same time manage them with the appropriate solution. The student who seeks a solution to the problem is always faced with focus and concentration issues, especially during the boring or non-interactive classroom session.
Such a scenario is not new to the school and every second school is trying to overcome this kind of problem which may directly affect the overall performance of students and the school as a whole. The solution to such issues is the inclusion of a meditation session in regular classroom sessions.
